Over 200,000 IRC’s will be applied to Mann’s Broccoli Cole Slaw and new Rainbow Salad blend packaging, beginning June 14th. Consumers can expect to save $1 with the purchase of any two of these items (U.S. only) during their trip to the grocery store. Elena Hernandez, marketing and communication specialist at Mann Packing, states “This is one of Mann’s most successful promotions historically, with a 19 percent redemption rate last year.”

In an effort to boost summer sales and successfully launch the company's reformulated Rainbow Salad blend and new crinkle-cut sweet potato fries, Mann Packing participated in the BlogHer Food 2012 Conference in Seattle. The two-day conference had an attendance of over 500 popular food and lifestyle bloggers, writers, authors and photographers and featured panel discussions, keynote interviews, and sponsor sampling and demonstrations. Ms. Hernandez continues, “Bloggers are powerful marketers for brands. Their words create a social echo, because their message is amplified to their social graph and beyond. BlogHer Food was a great opportunity for us to establish relationships directly with these key influencers, as well as the chance for them to sample fresh vegetables direct from California – the sugar snap peas were a huge hit!”

<a class="btn btn-sm btn-primary col-lg-12" style="white-space: normal;" href="http://www.veggiesmadeeasy.com/"target="_new"> Mann Packing
