<p>Longtime employee of Wegmans Food Markets and The Fresh Market, Paul Schillaci has passed away at 54 after a brief illness.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Paul spent many years at Wegmans before moving to The Fresh Market as a buyer – his most recent position, according to an obituary.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Schillaci had a Bachelors degree from Cornell University and a Masters from North Carolina State University.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Survivors include his his wife, Sue Cannioto Schillaci and 3 sons, Steven, Mark and Daniel Schillaci.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Services will be held Saturday 10 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 43 Gebhardt Road, Penfield. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery.
