<p><strong>Montreal, Quebec</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Metro Inc has announced the appointment of Francois Thibault, CFA to the position of Senior Vice-president and CFO, effective August 1, 2012.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Mr. Thibault will be charged with leading the company’s financial management and reporting functions, treasury and investor relations, legal affairs, strategic planning, and corporate development. Mr. Thibault has held a variety of strategic positions with Bombardier since 1999 and has served as Vice-president, Finance of Bombardier Aerospace since 2009. Mr. Thibault holds a Master of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universite de Sherbrooke.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Eric La Fleche, President and CEO of Metro Inc, states, “I am very pleased to welcome Francois to the Metro executive team.
