With more than 13 years of service with Darden, Mr. Hynes has contributed greatly to the achievements of the company in the Produce, Capital Equipment and Smallwares businesses. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p><img src="https://cdn.andnowuknow.com/legacyWriterImages/Body-Image_Pat-Hynes_sm.jpg" alt="Cropped Images 01302013" /></p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>His insights and approach have allowed Darden superior economic growth, a strong influence in terms of worker retention along with housing and fair treatment programs.
