<p>Piggly Wiggly has entered into an agreement with Bi-Lo Holdings and Harris Teeter to sell 28 of its stores by the fourth quarter of 2013.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Bi-Lo will be acquiring 22 Piggly Wiggly stores, 16 in South Carolina and 6 in Georgia, with approximately 1,200 store employees in those two areas.
