<p>Troops from the Special Police Forces arrested Chilean FTP spokesman Sergio Vargas and another 26 workers amid an incident at the Breakwater Harbor San Antonio, according to Soychile.cl. Vargas was arrested and taken in a police car to the headquarters of the First Police Station in San Antonio. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>FTP leader Julio Castillo, said that Vargas’ arrest was unjustifiably violent and that he was considered a "public disorder." Vargas was arrested while preparing a meal at the communal soup kitchen. Detainees were reportedly released.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Representatives of FEDEFRUTA and ASOEX have been meeting with Vargas and his colleagues in San Antonio to try and come to terms and resolve the issues prolonging the strike. Different parties were able to engage in dialogue and lay out their positions.
