Condon to its Board of Directors. The new addition brings the board to seven members. Mr. Condon is now Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Mr. Condon has recently retired as a partner and is currently a consultant to Deloitte & Touche LLP. The industry veteran brings more than 40 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. In his career, Mr. Condon has had experience that includes audit and consulting engagements at large public and private companies, as well as leading established industry operating units and start-ups initiatives in areas such as financial instruments and corporate governance consulting.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Robert Mariano, Roundy's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, states, "We are delighted that Pat has agreed to join our Board."
