<p>RPE has announced that it is partnering with acclaimed chef Joey Elenterio for the second consecutive year to develop a signature dish for the PMA Foodservice Chef Demo Lunch on Saturday, July 27, 2013.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p><img src="https://cdn.andnowuknow.com/legacyWriterImages/rpechef071913body.jpg" alt="Cropped Images July 18th 2013" />Chef Elenterio, received a Michelin Star in both 2011 and 2012 during his tenure as executive chef at Chez TJ in Mountain View, Calif. The up-and-coming talent in Bay Area cuisine was honored in Zagat’s 30 Under 30 and with the San Francisco Chronicle’s Rising Star Chef award.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">“I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with Tasteful Selections specialty potatoes again,” said Chef Elenterio. “Their versatility and different flavors give me freedom when I’m creating recipes and the wide range of colors and their small, uniform sizes makes for a beautifully unique dish.”<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Microwavable packs mark the latest addition to the Tasteful Selections product line, available in both Honey Gold and Ruby Sensation varieties.
