PHOENIX, AZ - Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. reported results for the 13-week second quarter ended June 29, 2025.

Second Quarter Highlights:
- Net sales totaled $2.2 billion; a 17% increase from the same period in 2024
- Comparable store sales growth of 10.2%
- Diluted earnings per share of $1.35; compared to diluted earnings per share of $0.94 in the same period in 2024
- Opened 12 new stores, resulting in 455 stores in 24 states as of June 29, 2025
The following provides information on the third quarter 2025 outlook:
- Comparable store sales growth: 6.0% to 8.0%
- Diluted earnings per share: $1.12 to $1.16
