Three PACA Violators Restricted in Texas and California

<p>Three PACA violators in Texas and California have been restricted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture from operating in the produce industry. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Dallas, Tx-based JD Rodriguez Produce Inc. was barred for failing to pay an $18,658 award in favor of a Texas seller. Johnny D. Rodriquez, Valerie J. Rodriquez and Esmeralda G. Rodriquez were listed as the officers, directors, and major stockholders of the business.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>West Coast Produce &amp; Specialties Inc., operating out of Los Angeles, Calif., was barred for failure to pay an $8,234 award in favor of a California seller. Norberto Zaragoza was listed as the officer, director, and major stockholder of the business.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>San Diego, Ca-based San Pedro Produce was barred for failure to pay a $7,052 award in favor of a California seller.
