<p><strong>Coral Gables, FL</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Turbana has announced the company will participate in the Fuel Up to Play 60 program to promote nutrition and physical activity in schools. Turbana will partner with FUTP 60 and Shaw’s for a month-long promotion in participating Shaw’s retail stories in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont, which will include point of sale materials, radio announcements, and two signs in produce departments’ banana sections.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Shaw’s customers can use their Shaw’s Reward Card from August 31st through September 27th to purchase three eligible items, including bananas, and be entered to win an Xbox 360 with Kinect provided by Turbana. The six winners will be announced at the end of the promotion. One pound of bananas counts as one of the three items during the promotion. Turbana will also donate to FUTP 60 schools to educate children about ways to eat healthier and become more active.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Marion Tabard, Marketing Director for Turbana, states, “We are delighted to be supporting our retailers and their initiative to help their local communities with this campaign.
