US Foods Unveils First Food Fanatics

<p><strong>Rosemont, IL</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">US Foods is unveiling its first Food Fanatics: Chef John Byrne and Chef Todd Pearson, chosen for their passion, expertise, and knowledge of cooking and restaurant operations. Minneapolis-based Mr. Byrne will be introduced as the country’s first Food Fanatic at the <i>2012 Food Fanatics An Epicurean Experience</i> show, and Mr. Pearson will be introduced as Food Fanatic in Austin later this year.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Beginning this fall, this year’s Food Fanatics will work with restaurateurs, operators, and the foodservice industry to convey latest trends and applying their passion for food.
