<p><img class="small-cropped-image" src="https://cdn.andnowuknow.com/legacySmallCroppedImages/PACA_violation_3_june_2013_BODY00.jpg" alt="Cropped Images June 20th 2013" />The U.S. Department of Agriculture has barred another three PACA violators from operating in the industry. <br/><br/><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Pablo Cruz, doing business as Cruz Produce, operating out of Rosemead, Ca has failed to pay a $1,854 award in favor of a California seller. As a result, it may no longer operate in the produce industry. Cruz was listed as the sole proprietor of the business.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Stevens Point, Wi-based Spud City Sales LLC, for failing to pay a $7,560 award in favor of a Texas seller. Thomas J. Lundgren was listed as a member of the business.</br/></br/></p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>The Alphas Company of New York Inc., operating out of Bronx, N.Y., neglected to pay a $37,765 award in favor of a Florida seller. Peter S.
