<p> The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has cited Florida-based company T & R Produce Wholesale and Trucking Inc. for failure to pay for produce under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA).<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> The company failed to pay $264,109.94 to four sellers for 29 lots of produce, according to a Agricultural Marketing Service news release. Consequently, T & R Produce Wholesale and Trucking Inc. have entered into a consent decision and cannot operate in the produce industry until August 21, 2015. At that time, the company may then apply for a PACA license.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> In addition, Jeom T.
