<p>The USDA has announced that Nogales, Az-based Quality Experience Produce Inc. has satisfied a reparation order issued under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, meaning that it may continue operating in the produce industry upon applying for and being issued a PACA license. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Company officials Martha P.
