With the new brand "Fruits from Chile," the Chilean fruit industry will be promoting itself under a new image on the international market this year. The private-public collaboration responsible for creating the concept is led by the Chilean Fruit Exporters Association and ProChile. The brand, debuting February 8th at Fruit Logistica 2012, will help to highlight the benefits of the country, the product quality and the soul of its workers. Ronald Bown, Chairman of the Board of the Chilean Fruit Exporters Association, reflects that, “through this new branding image, Chile wants to enhance the characteristics that turned it into one of the largest suppliers of fresh fruit from the southern hemisphere and one of the main suppliers to the world. This is why during the first stage of our strategy; our objective is to launch the brand amongst importers, distributors and retail chains."<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">
