North Shore's Living Herbs are culinary herbs that have their roots still attached allowing the freshness to be maintained longer than traditional herbs. The company offers 19 different varieties. North Shore also offers potted products in basil, rosemary, mint and dill. For both products, with the roots still attached, it means less shrink for the retailer and a longer period of time for the consumer to use the company's fresh herb varieties.
