Wed. October 3rd, 2012

Welcome to this episode of What's In Store. Castle Rock Vineyards' late season grape varieties are picking up momentum on retail shelves. They are now harvesting Scarlet Royals, Castle Rock Reds and Autumn Kings. Scarlet Royals draw strong consumer demand due to their sweet Muscat flavor. This grape offers great berry size and color. This varietal offers great visual appeal to consumers and a strong shelf appeal for produce departments, if you can keep them on the shelves. Autumn Royal is a late season black seedless grape that began with light harvest, but Castle Rock has experienced strong demand both in their export and domestic markets. This grape is harvested at its peak maturity which ensures great flavor.

All of these varietals can be displayed with the Castle Rock Vineyards easy pop up display bins.
