Earthbound Farm's Mixed Baby Kale is gaining major traction. The item has been generating pledges of love all over the company's Facebook and Twitter platforms. The offering is featured in Earthbound's new Healthy & Delicious Holiday Recipes promotion. Kicking off in November, the promotion responds to the high demand and popularity of Kale as a power food. There will be a rotating set of recipes on 5 ounce clamshells of Baby Kale. Director of Communications, Samantha Cabaluna, tells AndNowUKnow, "Kale is the new bacon.
