US Foods’ Chef Tom Macrina has been selected as the company’s latest Food Fanatics™ Chef, only the third US Foods chef honored with the title. Food Fanatics™ Chefs share their culinary expertise with restaurateurs and others in the food service industry to help them grow their businesses and enhance their success. Chef Macrina kicked off his new role at the Great Chefs Event in Philadelphia with all benefits going to the Vetri Foundation for Children and Alex’s Lemonade Stand.
