The annual display contest encourages retailers and military commissaries to "Host an Apple Pairing Party." The undertaking partners Marzetti, Smuckers, and JIF with National Apple Month to promote the sponsors' products and apples and apple products. With resources such as an apple pairing menu, signage and a gallery of official logos and product images, retailers and military commissaries can craft their own unique creative displays.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Participants can compete for up to $14,000 in prizes. The U.S. Apple Association boasts recipes like the Thai Peanut Butter Apple Lettuce Cups, Caramel Peanut Butter Smoothie and a Cheddar Apple Pie, Deconstructed. The creative juices are flowing for this innovative apple campaign, designed to create a new vision of the amazing apple.
