<p><strong>NEWARK, DE</strong> - Kellen Stailey and Patrick Morris have been named as recipients of the fourth annual Tip Murphy Scholarship for Leadership Excellence, according to a press release. The program is offered through the Produce Marketing Association Foundation for Industry Talent and was posthumously established to honor Terrence "Tip" Murphy, an industry veteran. The scholarships are for professional development and are awarded to promising produce industry individuals.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Kellen Stailey, is a senior manager of sales and marketing for the Sunshine Bouquet Company located in Dayton, N.J. Patrick Morris is a produce buyer for Rouses Supermarkets located in Thibodaux, La. Both industry leaders will receive scholarships for use in 2012.
