Western Growers Shakes It Up At Its D.C. Office

<p><strong>Washington, D.C.</strong> - Western Growers is welcoming a new addition to its family with Dennis Nuxoll. Mr. Nuxoll will be joining the Washington, D.C. office as the newly appointed Vice President of Federal Government Affairs, according to a press release. He will begin work on March 5th. The new Vice President brings plenty experience straight from Capitol Hill. He was Senior Director of Federal Policy at the American Farmland Trust and has extensive knowledge of federal affairs, advocating on issues that affect California and Arizona growers, shippers and handlers. Mr. Nuxoll also brings over fifteen years of experience as an attorney, Congressional staffer and agricultural lobbyist to the table.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Tom Nassif, president&amp; CEO of Western Growers, states, “Dennis brings a unique perspective and strong skill set as a legislative expert to Western Growers, as well as proven success as a lobbyist.
