<p><strong>MINNEAPOLIS, MN</strong> - The Target Corporation is expanding in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with a new store boasting approximately 135,000 square feet and 200 employees. The location will open this July in SayeBrook Town Center and will be one of the twenty stores the company forecasts to open in 2012, according to a recent press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> The location will offer the traditional Target amenities, and will include fresh produce, fresh packaged meat and pre-packaged baked goods to add to the consumer experience. With the opening of the Myrtle Beach location, Target will create a local grant program and will also donate to United Way on behalf of the opening, as well as contributing to either a Feeding America member or an approved agency.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Sid Keswani, Target’s senior vice president of stores in the South region, states, “Target is pleased to open a new store in Myrtle Beach, making it the second in Horry County,” and continues, “South Carolina continues to be a great market for Target.
