United Supermarkets Takes A Bite Out Of Growing Hunger

<p><strong>Lubbock,TX</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> United Supermarkets has helped the less fortunate by making a donation of over 54,800 pounds of apples to food banks located in Abilene, Amarillo, Lubbock and Wichita Falls. The donation is an example of the company’s commitment to the Take a Bite Out of Hunger program sponsored by FirstFruits Marketing of Washington, according to a press release. This is the second year that FirstFruits Marketing has joined with retailers in promoting its campaign.
