<p><strong>Minneapolis, MN</strong><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">The National Grocers Association has announced that Congressman John Kline (R-MN) was presented with its Spirit of America Award for his commitment to standing up for small business. The Spirit of America Award is one of NGA’s top honors and has been presented to over 550 recipients since NGA’s founding three decades ago.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">NGA President and CEO Peter J.
