Earl A. Cronk Jr., a Senior Category Manager for the Golub Corp's Price Chopper Division passed away on Dec. 7, 2012. He was 45.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">The industry veteran loved to play golf watch sports on TV and was a devoted NASCAR fan who enjoyed spending time with family and friends.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Mr. Cronk was born in Cornwall, New York, to Earl and Carol (Sanford) Cronk Sr. of New Windsor, NY. He was a graduate of SUNY Binghamton. Earl is predeceased by one son Spencer Cronk. Besides his parents, he is survived by his loving wife Jodi Paris Cronk, two children Tyler Cronk and Kennedy Cronk, his brother Paul Cronk of Cornwall, NY, two sisters Shannon Fulgum (Bruce) of Montrose, NY and Tracey Cerone ( Michael) of Cornwall, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Funeral Services are being held Wednesday at the Bond Funeral Home in Schenectady followed by a Mass at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church. Internment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Rotterdam. Scholarship Memorial Funds have been set up in honor of Earl who was a devoted father who always supported his children's love for art and sports. The funds will be donated to students who share the same passions.
