The company introduced the Klondike Rose potato in August 2002, the first of several new varieties that would soon follow.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">The Klondike Rose potato ushered in a new era in the fresh potato industry as the first significant variety to capture mainstream attention. Several additional varieties were soon introduced, including Klondike Goldust, along with Klondike Gourmet—a signature line of 24 oz. mini gourmet and petite potato packages.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Potandon continues to be a leader in potato production, with its operations team constantly working to bring new items to the market.
