BluDog Organic Produce Services is helping its newest client Organica Fresh, bring the first of its yields to market from the company's greenhouses in Mexico. BluDog is an educational and strategic market support company that helps small scale and beginning organic farmers get the food from farm to market. The company prides itself on teaching small scale organic farmers forward thinking business practices through understanding the impact of basic marketing techniques while creating financial welfare for its local and rural communities and their urban counter parts. BluDog's mission involves "Teaching new farmers marketing skills with a gentle paw."

Organica Fresh has been building their business in Mexico. In addition to the greenhouses, Organica Fresh offers outdoor land where the company plans to grow melons to bring into the market during the Spring. Slated for December 18th, Organica will be bringing its first shipment of organic produce including red cherry, grape, sungold cherry, mixed cherry, tomatoes and all heirloom varieties to market. Organica Fresh will also be offering, bell peppers, mini bells, mini cucumbers, snap peas and yellow and green French beans.
