Out of California, availability is forecasted to be very good, with great sizing and excellent quality.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Jan DeLyser, Vice President Marketing, tells AndNowUKnow, "From Cinco de Mayo and Memorial Day, through the 4th of July and up until Labor day, we will be planning holiday themes to promote avocados with our retail and foodservice partners. Along with our Chef Partners Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, we will be bringing a host of media and online community opportunities to promote fresh avocado consumption."<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">The California Avocado Commission will also be attending the FPFC Southern California Luncheon as sponsors of the event. Chef Partners Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger will be spokespersons at the luncheon carrying the CAC message to promote avocado consumption and creative usage. The Wake Up to Breakfast will be themed throughout the event as well.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">CAC has also teamed up with a few of bloggers who will be presenting recipe contests featuring California avocados.
