The Pasadena, California-based company failed to make full payment of $123,345 to nine sellers purchased between July 2010 and June 2012. Liborio Market Inc will now have an opportunity to request a hearing. If the company is found to have committed repeated and flagrant violations, it will be barred from the produce industry for two years.
