USDA Cites Delicias Produce for Failure to Pay $519,883

<p>The U.S.D.A. has cited Nashville, TN-based Delicias Produce Co. Inc. for failure to pay $519,883 to 15 sellers for 62 lots of produce.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">The company’s actions violate the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA), and as a result, it is barred from the produce industry until May 20, 2015.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Company principals Rosa A. Lozano and Brenda A.
