<p>Produce for Kids has a new Vice President: Trish James.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">James will lead the strategic development and creative positioning associated with future Produce for Kids brand development. She will also be responsible for consumer outreach, in-store campaigns and managing day-to-day organizational operations.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>James come to Produce for Kids with a background in grocery retail at ACME Markets, and most recently on the commodity side of the industry. She has also proved to be very successful in creating and executing programs to increase the sales of fresh produce.”</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Most recently, James was Business Sales Manager of Produce at ACME, where she has worked since 2005. She held various positions in the marketing and merchandising departments. James’ experience in category and brand management, loyalty marketing, direct marketing, promotions and event coordination allow her to develop multi-layered campaigns answering the needs of today’s busy and time-starved mom.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>She has a history of increasing produce consumption as creator of the ACME Healthy Kids program, which offered a planogram of healthy snacking and lunchbox options for shoppers, and increased sales of fresh produce. James also created and led weekly meal solutions for shoppers, pulling items from all departments of ACME to create a display where shoppers could quickly grab all items needed for a meal. Not only did this program increase sales of fresh produce, but it also increased sales of the other departments involved.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>James will help brings Produce for Kids into the digital sphere.
