<p>The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has filed an administrative action against T &amp; R Produce Wholesale &amp; Trucking Inc. for alleged failure to pay four produce sellers $264,109 from June 2010 through December 2011.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>The Florida-based company will have an opportunity to request a hearing.
