Two Produce Companies in Arizona and Texas Barred from the Industry

<p>Two produce business in Arizona and Texas have been restricted from operating in the industry by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for failure to pay reparation awards issued under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA).<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Nogales, Az-based Castro Produce LLC was barred for failure to pay a $1,038, 542 award to a Texas seller. Jesus O. Castro Villaverde, Olivia T. Castro Villaverde and Xiomara Castro Villaverde were listed as members of the business.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">McAllen, Tx-based Del Rancho Produce was barred for failing to pay a $10,400 award in favor of a Texas seller. Francisco A.
