<p>The U.S. Department of Agriculture has filed an administrative action against Lombardo Imports Inc. for alleged failure to pay $738,006 for produce purchased from November 2009 through January 2012.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>The company will have an opportunity to request a hearing; however, if the USDA finds that Lombardo committed repeated and flagrant violations, it will be barred from the industry for two years and its principals will not be able to be employed by or affiliated with any PACA licensee for one year.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><a class="btn btn-sm btn-primary col-lg-12" style="white-space: normal;" href=" http://www.ams.usda.gov/AMSv1.0/ams.fetchTemplateData.do?template=TemplateA&navID=Home&topNav=Home&page=Home&acct=AMSPW " target="_new">AMS</a></p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">
