<p>Vision Produce Co. has announced the hiring of Donald Souther as the company’s new Senior Director of Sales & Marketing. He will report directly to Vision Produce Company President Bill Vogel.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Donald, who has more than 15 years of produce, floral marketing, and sales experience in branded packaged goods and floral commodities, will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing activities for the company. Additional responsibilities will include assisting the regional teams and its related entities, Vision Import Group and Vision Produce Partners of Texas, in the development of new business that leverages its nationwide capabilities, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> Donald was most recently the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Plant Source, Inc.
