<p>Bottom Dollar Food will be celebrating the opening of its newest store on October 24. The store, located at 440 Route 130 in East Windsor, N.J., marks the 60th location for the discount grocer. In celebration of this milestone opening, the first 200 customers to arrive on Thursday will receive a free Bottom Dollar Food reusable bag filled with groceries, while additional customers will receive free reusable bags throughout the day, according to a press release.
