Wish Farms Strawberry Picking Challenge with the Help of Radio Disney

<p>With the Florida strawberry season underway, Wish Farms is getting ready to host the first annual Bright House Networks Strawberry Picking Challenge, on February 7 and 8 in Plant City, Florida.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>During the Strawberry Picking Challenge, corporate sponsored teams will participate in a relay-style race as they compete for the title of “Best Harvest Crew,” according to a press release. The event will kick off with drinks, dinner and dancing Friday night, at the TPepin Hospitality Centre in Tampa. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Open to the general public, Saturday’s event will be held at Futch Farms in Plant City. In addition, Radio Disney of Tampa Bay will be onsite leading games and activities for kids. Families can enjoy fresh strawberries and strawberry shortcake.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>This event will benefit Redlands Christian Migrant Association, a Florida nonprofit that provides quality child care and early education for children of migrant farm workers and rural low-income families. Wish Farms has held a charity tennis tournament for the past eight years, which last year raised over $86,000.
