Ready Pac Foods is welcoming Michael Ervin as its new Plant Director for the company’s Irwindale, California facility. He will report directly to Peter Laport, Chief Supply Chain Officer for Ready Pac.
“Michael’s proven track record of improving operational excellence is palpable,” says Laport. “We are honored to welcome him to the Ready Pac family and we’re eager to leverage his leadership background to build an even stronger operational team.”As Plant Director, Michael will oversee strategic initiatives, operational performance and manage the site growth, according to a press release. He comes to Ready Pac from Marietta Corporation, where he worked as a General Manager. Previous to that, Michael was the Vice President of Operations for Adam Nutrition.
