BOISE, IDAHO - The recently merged Albertsons and Safeway retail chain has announced Brad Street as the new President of the company’s Intermountain Division. Street will oversee 85 stores in eight states in his new role.
“I am very excited that Brad is returning to Boise to lead our successful Intermountain team,” said Kelly Griffith, Executive Vice President and Chief Operation Officer for the company’s North Region.
Street is filling the role left by Susan Morris, who recently was appointed President of the company’s Denver Division.
Graduating from California Coast University with a degree in management, Street began his career with Albertsons in Salt Lake City in 1983, according to the Idaho Statesman.
