“44 days until Coachella!! Vegan Time!! Click the link in my bio to join me!” the star shared on Instagram, where she has 112 million followers.
Since the announcement late last week, key news and fashion outlets like People, Us, Elite Daily, and more have published an article with Bey’s fruit and veggie favorites while she’s on her meatless, dairyless plan with details on how fans can follow along.
Elite Daily, for example, recently published five favorites including avocado toast, vegan portobello mushroom, and 22 Days’ Plant Power protein bar.
As we reported previously when Beyoncé last went public about her love of the vegan lifestyle in 2015, the spokeswoman, advocate, singer, and performer took it one step further with a delivery service to sway more consumers to try a plant-based diet for 22 days.
