SALINAS, CA - We come to you this morning with some exciting news from the Church Brothers Farms team. The veg supplier has welcomed two new members to its Sales and Marketing team, naming Loree Dowse as Director of Marketing and Paul Ensley as Retail Data Analyst.
Dowse brings with her more than 15 years of integrated marketing and communications experience, most recently as Director of Marketing and Communications for Concentric Power. Prior to that, she served as Director of Creative Marketing for Mann Packing Co., a press release noted. Dowse has an English degree from the Univeristy of California, Los Angeles, as well as a Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management degree from City College of San Francisco.
As Director of Marketing, Dowse will provide leadership and organization to marketing strategies, planning, and execution through collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders as well as with outside vendors.
In addition to Dowse, Church Brothers Farms has named Paul Ensley as the new Retail Data Analyst.
Ensley has over 16 years of B2B sales and production management experience. He was previously with D&J Packing as a Project Cost Analyst and has held operations and account management positions at HG Logistics and Abcon Packaging Products. Ensley graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Media Arts and a minor in Journalism, the release stated.
In his new role, Ensley will focus on supporting retail sales initiatives by monitoring production, shipments, and inventories and building forecasts to ensure excellent fill rates. He will also compile internal data and customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
“The elevation of the Church Brothers Farms brand, as well as retail sales growth, are a couple of the key objectives we’re focused on right now,” said Rick Russo, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Loree and Paul both have the right kind of vision and experience to hit the ground running in order to make that happen.”
We congratulate these two team members on entering their new roles!
