MILLEN, GA - Long-term strategies were a major topic of discussion at the Southeast Produce Council’s (SEPC) annual summer board meeting. The meeting was held July 15–17 in Nashville, Tennessee, where Southern Innovations will be taking place in September.

“We have one of the hardest working Boards in the industry,” said David Sherrod, President and Chief Executive Officer. “The dedication and hard work they put into driving forward SEPC is a key differentiator for us.”

During the meeting, SEPC’s Board of Directors, Board of Governors, Board Ambassadors, and staff discussed strategic anchors and goals of the council. According to a press release, strategic planning for the future of SEPC is a key focus for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
