Headquartered in Salinas, California, Ippolito International is a second-generation, family-owned farming company. In addition to providing year-round supplies of premium-quality Queen Victoria and Coast King brand vegetables, we are proud to be North America’s largest supplier of fresh Brussels sprouts. Our product line of premium-quality fresh vegetables includes commodities, value-added retail, foodservice, and organic items. 

We pride ourselves on delivering ‘large company’ volumes and services while purposely giving our customers a ‘small company’ customer service experience. We are vertically integrated, which we believe gives us an advantage: Our Queen Victoria Farms and Coast King Packing entities give us better control over our farming operations, increasing our ability to manage quality and supply. 

Also, our harvesting and sales teams are very closely aligned. Our harvest production team communicates constantly with our sales department throughout the day on crop status and yield reports so that our customers can receive regular information that they need to make smart buying decisions.

The first in Monterey County to earn Zero Waste Gold certification in 2018, we manage to this set of established sustainability metrics every day to minimize our waste and its disposal to the landfill.
