SNOW HILL, NC - Sweet potato vodka may seem too good to be true, but Covington has made sure this idea became a reality, and with a slogan like “the best yam vodka on Earth,” it's hard not to be intrigued. Covington gourmet vodka is handmade from seedling to bottling. The company crafts its vodka in small batches using a combination of traditional and modern distilling practices.
The small family farmers who plow the North Carolina sweet potato fields make all the difference. With 300 years of experience in making potato vodka, Covington has made its product remarkably smooth, rich, and subtly creamy.
Try cocktails like the Yam Slam, the Maria Sangrienta Martini, and the Hot Potato to give your tastebuds a sweet potato treat.
