Atlas Produce is gearing up for its "Kosher for Passover Medjool Date Program". All Caramel Naturel Dates are certified kosher year round, but once again they are taking it a step further with "Kosher for Passover" certification. Atlas will be adding a secondary Kosher for Passover label to the packaging for easy consumer recognition. The company is presenting the "Kosher for Passover" Medjool dates in 1 lb. and 2 lb. packaging, as well as a new 12 ounce offering. Ben Antongiovanni, Vice President of Sales, tells AndNowUKnow, "We suggest retailers begin stocking up on our certified "Kosher for Passover" Medjool dates by the end of February and into the first week of March.
