<p>Church Brothers/True Leaf Farms, Salinas-based grower/shipper of fresh vegetables, has named Drew McDonald as Vice President of Quality, Food Safety & Regulatory Affairs. In this role, Drew will be working with all of the growing and processing operations under the Church Brothers family of companies, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">CEO, Steve Church, stated, “I don’t think we could have picked a better person for the job and we’re delighted to have Drew on board.”<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Drew brings more than 18 years of experience in fresh-cut produce and fresh food operations to his position. He has worked with multiple buyers and suppliers assessing and assisting in the development and management of quality and food safety programs.
