Country Sweet Produce Welcomes Chris Carroll as the New Vice President of Sales and Marketing

ARVIN, CA - When it comes to Country Sweet Produce (CSP) and its coveted Bako Sweet® brand, you can be absolutely sure of one thing: The company’s innovation and progressive vision starts with its people. As we break into the hot August days here in California, CSP is bringing the heat with a new Vice President of Sales and Marketing: industry veteran Chris Carroll.

Chris Carroll, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Country Sweet Produce“Country Sweet Produce has a rich history of success, and I couldn't be more excited to join the company at this point in its journey,” Chris shares with me. “In my role with CSP, I'll be looking to expand our depth and breadth of distribution on existing items while working with the team to develop new and innovative products that will lead the company into the future.”

Chris will be joining Country Sweet Produce on Aug 3, 2020. Chris brings over 30 years of food industry experience to his new role with CSP.

For the past 17 years, Chris has been focused exclusively on produce, having held leadership roles with companies such as Fresh Express, Earthbound Farm, Fresh Food Group, and most recently, Cece's Veggie Co.

Chris will be splitting his time between his home office in Gilbert, Arizona, and the CSP offices in Bakersfield, California, where the company calls home.
