The company expects to be in full tilt by the third week of June with the northwest cherry industry shipping 4 million boxes of the fruit by the end of the month. Superfresh Growers is also riding on the popularity of its proprietary Orondo Ruby cherry; a super sweet, high brix and high acid cherry. The new variety is now the third skew for the category.
